Lil Fay Thang is a music artist created by me and a few of my peers when planning a tour for a project in my Music Industry class. As the artist of the group, I created the visuals for her tour.
Lil Fay's End of the World Tour
Lil Fay Thang is a female rap artist. Initially, we wanted her to have a vibe similar to "Here for a good time, not a long time." Based on that sentence, I created this poster that takes place in a graveyard, with a headstone that shows her name and the tour name. In the background, there are red solo cups scattered on the grass, representing the "good time." Zombie hands reach out of the ground with sparkling jewelry and freshly done nails, representing her idea that we might all be dying, but we are going to make the most of it. Finally, the bottom of the poster says "Here for a good time, not a long time" as that is the quote she lives by.

Ain't Nothing but a Fay Thang
Eventually, we changed the vibe of Lil Fay Thang. She has a more lighthearted and fun vibe and wants to express her feminity and queerness. Since her vibe is now more lighthearted, I made the poster much brighter, more colorful, and soft. The rainbows and clouds add to the fun and feminity that she wants to express, and her fans know that the rainbows represent how proud she is of her queerness.
